Procedural pipe builder HDA for Houdini

NOTE: This tool should be considered deprecated! More advanced and better tool for creation of pipe networks: HERE

To install just go to your Houdini folder and put download in otls folder. if you don't have one create it. Works in Houdini 18.

Make sure you have sidefx labs installed.

Updated to version 3.0! whole new workflow, better all around!
